Best Trout Fishing in Wyoming taking a break during snake river float trip

Grand Teton Fly Fishing — Formerly Jack Dennis Fishing Trips

Gratefully continuing a proud tradition of Wyoming fly fishing established more than 40 years ago by legendary Jackson Hole fisherman and fly fishing guide Jack Dennis himself.

Making Your Fishing Trip Exceptional is Our Only Goal

Fishing guide Jack Dennis left the famed Jack Dennis Outdoor Shop that bears his name in 2009, but started another fly shop and Jack Dennis Fishing Trips when he left. He leveraged 40 years of veteran, reliable guiding experience and a long list of satisfied clients to start the new business.

In 2012, Jack Dennis retired from Jack Dennis Fishing Trips, but sold the service to his most trusted and experienced guides — Scott Smith, Mark Fuller, and a handful of business partners.

Grand Teton Fly Fishing carries on the tradition of great experience, service, and expertise set by Jack Dennis by offering the best, most customer-driven fishing trips in Jackson Hole.

Unrivaled Jackson Hole Fishing Access

With our service and premier access to world-class rivers and lakes, you’ll enjoy fly fishing in Grand Teton National Park and some of the most exclusive waters in the country.

With about 200 years of combined guiding experience in the West and Jackson Hole, Grand Teton Fly Fishing will make anyone — whether novice fly fisherman or veteran angler — feel welcome, comfortable, and successful during their fishing trip.

Feel Like a Master Fisherman

You’ll feel like a pro by the end of the day whether you came as one or not. We often hear from people surprised they were able to catch fish — and so many — on their first day of fly fishing. And veteran anglers know they’ve been taken to the prime spots in our rivers with the best techniques available.

Sustainable Guiding

Grand Teton Fly Fishing was the first outfitter in Grand Teton National Park to declare the use of barbless hooks for sustainable catch and release fishing.

In 2018 we’re going plastic-free for our guests to help the environment. We also encourage our guides drink from reusable water bottles.

We have an aquatic invasive species cleaning station at the shop to ensure our rivers and lakes stay pristine.

And, in case you were wondering, we recycle.
